What a month. Sorry that this has been such a long time coming. We got a new camera and I have been in California and has taken me a while to figure things out. Ava, Tate and I (with the help of Aunt Rebekah) made the trek to San Diego. I have been trying to take as many pictures as possible and now that I know how to down load them in the computer, expect more blogs.

One thing that surprises me is how easy Tate has been. I hope that I don't jinx myself. He hardly cries, loves to be held but is okay to be put down. I really didn't realize how hard of a baby Ava was until Tate came along. He really is so sweet. He seems to be doing really well health wise. His breathing sounds good and he is moving a lot too, he even is rolling over.

It seems so strange that he is almost a month old and technically he should still be in my belly. I really am so thankful that he is here. I would never have guessed that having two is so much more work. My days fly by with naps, baths, feedings, getting them ready for the day and myself. By the time that I get it all done, it's bed time. It may be a ton more work, but so worth it. Love this little tater tot.
I totally remember that the whole first year of Hopes life. You just run from one thing to the next and hope that you get everything done. 2 is alot more work than `1, I can't even imagine how people have more.
ReplyDeleteIs that BLACK hair??! He is sooo cute!!
ReplyDeleteI love that you call him tater tot. When I was pregnant with Henry I was thinking of naming him Tate, just so i could call him that!!
keep those pics coming his face is going to change so much!
I'm in LOVE with that face! Not all newborns are as cute as that. Now I'm more excited to have another boy myself.
ReplyDeleteHe's beautiful! I've been checking regularly to see photo updates, thanks! Ava is getting so big. Sometimes it's hard being so far away but mostly I'm grateful for blogging!
ReplyDeleteBTW, going from one to two was harder than any other addition. People told me three would be the tough one, not for me.
Lovies from the Ferrins!
