Baby Weight Be Gone

Okay, so it has been 4 weeks today since little Elle arrived and along with all the joy that she brought, she also bestowed upon me... the muffin top. You know the dreaded muffin top, where the skin of your sides hangs over the top of your pants. And no, it has not helped that Maverick has been having a buy 5 candy bars for 2 bucks. (I know... what a steal.)
The sad reality of having a baby is that you become prisoner to the minute breakfast, lunch and dinner, you eat when you have a minute and that means that you eat what is convenient, quick, and accessible. This has left me with still 8-10 lbs of baby to lose and a muffin top.
Any ideas how to get rid of this? I am open to suggestions as long as they don't include a word that starts with e and ends with xcercise. My regiment of movement has of late been Just Dance 2 on the Wii with Taters, and he has got some moves you've never seen.
I am starting a new crusade known as "Baby Weight Be Gone" and if you would like to be a part of the cause... well more power to ya. I will be posting endeavors in hopes that if I am accountable to someone other then David, I might actually do what I intend, starting with goal number one.
1. No more soda, which has been supporting me through sleepless nights.
Here we go...
Baby Weight Be Gone!

  1. Remember how long it took you to gain that baby weight? How about you give yourself more than 2 seconds to lose it. 8-10 lbs is nothing! It will be gone before you know it! :)

  2. it feels like it only took a few months to gain it. Yes in fact I remember the doctor visit where my weight gain was marked as 9 in 4 weeks.
