We had a really fun fourth of July. Ava was excited to go to the Main Street Parade with Beau, Harper and Linkin. We sat outside in the blistering heat and watched floats, fire engines, dancers, beauty queens and everyone else (except us) in town go by. There was some candy throwing but Ava was a little slow and did not want to beat the rush of kids to get it. David was really good and held her a lot of the time. Ava and Beau sat in the blanket together and Beau would point every time a big truck went by. It was funny to them just stare in awe and disbelief at all the stuff passing by.
After the Parade, they had a little carnival at the Park. We were only there for a half hour because it was so hot and the lines for all the jumpy things were way to long to wait.
We traveled up to St. George where we met Grandpa Rick and Mamie and Aunt Rebekah. It was fun to see them and we got to cool off at the swimming pool.
We then had dinner with Great Grandma and Granddad and traveled home where we watched fireworks from the front porch. It was a fun day. Happy Fourth!

Love the background! It was fun spending time with you!
